Welcome to Wildcard Party & Event Rentals. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and online booking services.
By accessing our website or placing a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
The rental of equipment is also governed by the applicable Rental Agreement. After booking, you may be required to review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement before receiving your rental equipment. Rental equipment will not be released until any required Rental Agreement has been signed.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website or the experience of other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms or uses the website in a manner that may harm Wildcard Party & Event Rentals, our customers, or our systems.
Submitting a reservation or placing an order does not guarantee that equipment will remain available in every circumstance.
A reservation is considered confirmed after applicable availability and payment requirements have been satisfied and you receive confirmation from Wildcard Party & Event Rentals.
Your rental may also require completion of a Rental Agreement before the equipment is released.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, reservation, and payment information.
We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel a reservation when reasonably necessary, including because of inventory conflicts, equipment problems, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we are unable to fulfill a confirmed reservation, we will work with you to determine an appropriate replacement, refund, or other available solution.
We make every effort to ensure that rental pricing is displayed accurately.
Rental pricing may depend on the selected equipment, rental dates, packages, discounts, and other applicable booking options.
Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an error is discovered before a reservation is fulfilled, we reserve the right to correct the error and notify you, or cancel the affected reservation and issue any applicable refund.
Prices may change for future reservations without notice. Changes to future pricing do not alter the confirmed price of an existing reservation except where a pricing or technical error must be corrected.
Rental payment is due before rental equipment is picked up or delivered.
Payments made through our website are processed using third-party payment providers.
Wildcard Party & Event Rentals does not store your complete credit or debit card information on our own website servers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment to be processed.
Payment requirements applicable to the rental are also described in the Rental Agreement.
A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking.
When a security deposit applies, the deposit is collected as part of your payment at checkout. The security deposit is an actual payment collected with the reservation and is not merely an authorization hold on your payment method.
The amount of the security deposit is based on the rental total and will be clearly displayed before payment.
When a security deposit is required, a valid credit card is required for the security deposit. Debit cards cannot be accepted for the security deposit.
Security deposits are refundable after the rented equipment has been returned and inspected, subject to the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Once the equipment has been returned and inspected, an eligible security deposit refund will be processed within 2 business days. Your credit card company may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.
Damage, missing items, late returns, unpaid rental charges, or other amounts permitted by the Rental Agreement may affect the amount refunded or may result in additional charges.
Security deposit refunds relating to canceled reservations are handled separately from rental-charge refunds.
The Rental Agreement contains the complete rental-specific terms concerning security deposits, equipment condition, damage, missing items, late returns, unpaid rental charges, and applicable additional charges.
Every equipment rental is subject to the applicable Rental Agreement.

After booking, you may receive a Rental Agreement electronically for review and signature.
Any required Rental Agreement must be signed before the rental equipment is released to you.
By completing your reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that the rental itself is also subject to the applicable Rental Agreement.
Cancellations, reservation changes, no-shows, weather-related cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the applicable Rental Agreement.
To be eligible for a refund of rental charges, cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled rental date.
Reservations canceled less than 5 days before the scheduled rental date are generally not eligible for a refund of rental charges.
Security deposit refunds are handled separately from rental-charge refunds.
Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for additional information concerning cancellations, no-shows, reservation changes, weather, refund processing, and security deposit refunds.
Available pickup, delivery, and return arrangements are determined by the reservation and the services selected or arranged with Wildcard Party & Event Rentals.
You are responsible for following the scheduled pickup, delivery, and return dates and times associated with your reservation.
If you are picking up equipment, you are responsible for providing a vehicle capable of safely transporting the equipment and for securing the equipment appropriately.
If delivery service is selected or arranged, someone must be available at the scheduled delivery and pickup times as required.
Additional pickup, delivery, return, transportation, and late-return requirements are provided in the Rental Agreement.
Our website is designed to provide current rental availability, but equipment may occasionally become unavailable because of damage, delayed returns, technical issues, inventory discrepancies, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If equipment included in your reservation becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss available options.
Depending on the circumstances, available options may include comparable replacement equipment, changes to the reservation, or an applicable refund.
Our booking and rental process may use electronic communications, documents, and signatures.
You may receive reservation confirmations, reminders, Rental Agreements, signing requests, signed-document confirmations, payment communications, and other rental-related communications electronically.
When a Rental Agreement requires an electronic signature, you must complete the applicable electronic-signature and consent process before the rental equipment can be released.
Electronic-signature records and related information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or login information has been compromised.
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, designs, and other materials, is owned by Wildcard Party & Event Rentals or used with permission unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, publish, or commercially use our website content without prior written permission except as otherwise permitted by law.
Our website and rental process may use or contain links to third-party websites and services, including payment, hosting, email, electronic-signature, and technology providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Rental-specific responsibilities, equipment risks, liability provisions, and limitations are governed by the applicable Rental Agreement.

The applicable Rental Agreement governs the rental equipment and rental-specific obligations, including equipment care, pickup or delivery, returns, security deposits, damage, loss, late fees, safety, responsibility, and liability.
If a rental-specific matter is addressed in the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement governs that rental-specific matter.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Any revisions become effective when posted to this page unless otherwise stated.
The Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated when these Terms are revised.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Any disputes relating to the use of this website or these Terms shall be handled in accordance with applicable Utah law.
